Description
Transparent kraft bag MEDTEST is a reliable and best way to keep your instrument sterile after processing.
Specifications:
- two materials are used during production - a transparent thermoformed PET / PA film and thick white water-repellent medical paper;
- the film and paper of the package are connected with a hot-melt adhesive seam;
- resistant to high temperature, namely 180°C for 60 minutes;
- the materials used in the production of bags do not deform from the action of high temperatures, and also do not lose their properties and do not burn;
- are applied in the autoclave and in dry heat;
- heat resistant and durable;
- the instrument, after steam or air sterilization, is stored in a quaft bag for one month;
- high barrier against oxygen and moisture;
- has a color indicator that changes color after exposure to temperature.
Sterility (microbial barrier) of instruments in bags with air, steam or ethylene oxide and radiation sterilization methods is maintained in:
- single packaging with manual sealing is one year;
- double packaging (bag in bag) with manual sealing - 1.5 years.
Kraft bags are sealed using a self-adhesive layer, which is located in its upper part and is protected by a paper strip.
